e	elena riberti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il materiale ordinato (3 pergole totali) è arrivato scaglionato in 3 consegne differenti a distanza di 15 gg la prima dall'ultima, ma ciò che mi fa lasciare una recensione negativa sono soprattutto le poco corrette info circa le misure delle pergole : quelle indicate nel sito sono "di ingombro" come specificato da uno dei titolari dopo le mie rimostranze sulla lunghezza delle travi superiori per uno dei gazebo 4x3, in quanto non arrivano a creare l'effetto desiderato sbordando come dovrebbero di 25 cm; per montarle correttamente avrei dovuto montare il gazebo 4x2.5, con una superficie quindi nettamente inferiore a quella prevista. Infine, nessuna disponibilità alla risoluzione del problema. Per evitare di avere problemi con venditori molto distanti dalla mia regione e quindi difficilmente risolvibili di persona, invece di rispedire indietro la merce e richiedere il rimborso totale, ho optato per la sostituzione di una parte dei pezzi rovinati. dopo ulteriori 15 giorni mi sono arrivati la metà dei pezzi richiesti. Telefonicamente è stato un palleggio di responsabilità tra venditore e società di trasporti (attenzione a a non ritirare mai una merce con riserva e con la dicitura collo integro come vi viene richiesto dallo spedizioniere). I pezzi che mi mancano andrò a comprarli da un noto brico ("bricouomo")che li vende identici e ad un prezzo più basso. Giudizio pessimo. La struttura è di ottima qualità, impregnata in autoclave, i pali non presentano i fori che bisogna fare con il trapano, da un lato è un bene perche si possono modificare a proprio gusto le misure in fase di montaggio. Sono presenti staffe e viti tutto il necessario per il montaggio e ancoraggio al muro. Nella scatola ho trovato anche dei guanti un gentile omaggio, molto gradito. Giudizio finale, soddisfatto. Ho telefonato per concordare la consegna visto che in agosto ero in ferie , sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, la consegna è avvenuta puntuale come concordato a metà agosto malgrado BRT avesse "perso" dei colli ma poi poi consegnati tutti assieme. Il legno era in ottime condizioni e dopo il montaggio la struttura si presenta in modo ottimale. Ottimo prezzo qualità !! Grazie!!! Partiamo dal fatto che l'assistenza lascia il tempo che trova, infatti l'acquisto è stato fatto il 23/02/21 ed ad oggi sono ancora in attesa di risposta a ben 2 email inviate per supporto. Passiamo al materiale, I tagli di legno per comporre la pergola non sono dei migliori infatti oltre ad arrivare un po danneggiati penso dovuto anche al trasporto e all'imballaggio, praticamente assente, presentano delle curvatura anche abbastanza evidenti e delle lesioni. Prima di effettuare il montaggio ho ritenuto opportuno fare 2 passate di impregnante per una maggiore protezione alle intemperie ma penso sia servita a ben poco visto che dopo le prime piogge il legno ha avuto dei rigonfiamenti per poi presentare delle spaccature in vari punti. Le 4 controventature ritirate di persona senza essere ancora esposte alla pioggia presentano già delle importanti spaccature che spero col tempo non diventino ancora più profonde. Sconsigliando vivamente quindi un acquisto presso di voi, mi avrebbe fatto piacere poter pubblicare qualche foto per mostrare ciò che ho appena detto.
