★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto l'assistenza così elogiata, persone cordiali e gentili, ma sotto al profilo di comprendere le esigenze e richieste del cliente si sono rivelati veramente terra-terra. prestazione di assistenza per un piccolo elettrodomestico acquistato da loro il quale ha avuto la sfortuna di guastarsi nel periodo di garanzia, quindi nulla da guadagnare, quasi un disturbo perchè non funziona , consegnato il 19 maggio 2020, ritirato oggi 3 giugno da riparare. non hanno trovato il tempo per farlo pervenire al centro assistenza. sono amareggiato, mi ero illuso di avere incontrato una azienda con la testa sulle spalle, invece NO. cordiali saluti Adriano
