Ha sbottato davanti a me, cliente, perché prima ho chiamato per farmi preparare del materiale per cui avevo chiesto info il giorno prima e poi son passata a prenderlo nel giro di poco. Gli si è inceppato il computer e la colpa era mia, perché sono arrivata a ritirare troppo presto. Il tutto detto davanti a me, su di me, ma non 'a me' visto che ha fatto il tutto senza mai guardarmi in faccia e senza aver mai salutato. Ho taciuto solo per rispetto dei suoi colleghi. Certi elementi non sono fatti per il contatto con il pubblico, mi dispiace per l'azienda.
