As a Christmas gift, we arranged for 4 households to participate virtually and take a fresh pasta-making class with egg and eggless pasta and three sauces. It was a fun, educational and memorable even and a wonderful shared experience for all. Our friends raved about it and were amazed at what they now have learned to make for themselves. Highly recommended!

And the food was delicious! I highly recommend this- lots of fun and fabulous food and company. I look forward to a cooking class in person after COVID, but this was amazing! It was like a double date! Do it!

When his wife Deborah invited us to a virtual class earlier this year, we were thrilled to revisit the Hanley’s. There were two of us in Arizona and two in Chicago. We made appetizers, 3 kinds of pasta with wine and good conversation! It is as a great experience and I can’t wait to go back to Italy for another in-person class!

Thankfully Chef Ryan and Debora offered virtual cooking classes which is honestly the next best thing! Chef Ryan and Debora are absolutely wonderful! Ryan is a wonderful teacher, very charismatic and knowledgeable! Debora is so full of Italian history, amazing stories from her childhood and personal experiences with each dish. While prepping meals, we enjoyed wonderful conversation with the two. It honestly feels like chatting with friends over video chat. I would 10/10 recommend this virtual cooking class and CANNOT wait to actually take this class in person with Chef Ryan and Debora.

The dishes are amazing, he speaks English and gives you direction/ingredients in understandable conversions. He and his wife sit and eat along side you (& enjoy a glass together as well) it is so much fun and tasty! You have to do this!
