★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile contattare filiale via telefono. Se c'e' un problema sul conto è un' impresa risolverlo fra uomini, hai a che fare solo con macchine. La sensazione è che tu lasci i soldi a un fantasma che può sparire da un giorno all'altro (e infatti sparisce). Se fanno così quando possono accaparrarsi una cifra a sei zeri immagina cosa succede se cerchi di vendere in fretta un titolo in perdita.... magari un titolo Mediobanca in perdita. Rischio molto alto per chi ha soldi veri ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in questa filiale per aprire il conto online, dopo due settimane che aspettavo l'attivazione chiamo l'assistenza e mi dicono che manca la copia del mio documento, vorrei capire come hanno fatto a perderlo ma non sono nemmeno rintracciabili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera delusione sono stato mandato in questa filiale da quella di Piazza Bologna che non mi ha voluto aprire il conto, ma anche qui non me lo aprono nonostante la banca fosse vuota non mi invitano neanche ad aspettare, anzi pretendono un appuntamento, ma non dovevate semplificare le cose? Ero lì di persona che altro serve? Servizio pessimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima agenzia con personale poco qualificato impossibile parcheggiare e trattano con sufficienza. Mi sono trovato meglio nell'agenzia sita in Viale Parioli dove ho trovato gente qualificata professionale e gentile.
bad agency with unqualified staff impossible to park and treat with enough. I felt better in the agency located in Viale Parioli where I found professional and kind qualified people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità da parte del dipendente che ci ha seguito, tale F. S. , non aveva voglia di lavorare e ci ha trattato con sufficienza e arroganza nonostante gli avessimo detto di avere estrema urgenza di avere una risposta per un mutuo. La risposta non è mai arrivata.
