★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile ottenere informazioni sulla propria posizione bancaria. I numeri forniti dalla banca sono inattivi oppure risponde una voce pre registrata. I clienti Digital bank sono completamente abbandonati perchè non c'è modo di comunicare con un operatore. Non rispondono alle email e nemmeno alle PEC. Mai visto una roba del genere

Dopo più di un mese ancora non mi hanno smobilizzato dei soldi e nonostante i solleciti da parte dei legali non si sono ancora degnati di una risposta.Anche perché risposte non ce ne sono perché basterebbe applicare quanto previsto da ex art 164 Cpc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State molto attenti a questa pseudo banca. Mi hanno inviato conteggi su giacenza media ai fini ISEE completamente errati e la cosa più inquietante è che non hanno nessuna intenzione di rimediare a questa grossa lacuna. Ho fatto un esposto alla Banca D'Italia.
Be very careful with this pseudo bank. They sent me completely incorrect average stock counts for ISEE purposes and the most disturbing thing is that they have no intention of remedying this big gap. I made a complaint to the Bank of Italy.
