Sia Romano che il proprietario molto disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze e richieste. Tempi di produzione un po’ lunghi, ma ci hanno avvisati correttamente al momento della vendita. Consegna precisa e puntuale. Montatori molto professionali e puliti. Super Consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente da voi a breve per il divano della casa che affittiamo. Both Romano and the owner were very helpful and attentive to our needs and requests. Production times a bit long, but they warned us correctly at the time of sale. Precise and timely delivery. Ottima l'accoglienza del personale sempre prodigo di consigli. A must for the choice of the living room and more. Many models displayed in various colors and coverings. Excellent hospitality of the staff always generous with advice.

m	maria monetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Al momento dell'acquisto ci erano stati prospettati 90 giorni di attesa per la consegna. Dopo circa 4 mesi ancora nulla. Abbiamo dovuto minacciare di rinunciare ai divani e riprenderci la caparra perché ce li consegnassero in tempi decenti, dopo 4 mesi e mezzo. Il pessimo servizio ci fa capire a posteriori il motivo della caparra esagerata, con l'obiettivo di incastrare i clienti. Tanta buona pubblicità per un pessimo servizio. Consiglio all'azienda di investire di più sull'assistenza al cliente, che sul marketing. Diffidate. Bad experience. At the time of purchase, we were expected to wait 90 days for delivery. After about 4 months still nothing. We had to threaten to give up the sofas and get back the deposit so that they would deliver them to us in a decent time, after 4 and a half months. The bad service makes us understand in retrospect the reason for the exaggerated deposit, with the aim of setting up customers. Lots of good publicity for bad service. I recommend that the company invest more in customer service than in marketing. Be wary.

Dopo un anno il tessuto è logorato (non abbiamo animali e in casa mettiamo solo tute per non rovinare le cose) e il meccanismo del poggia testa si è rotto. Ho scritto al punto vendita che mi ha liquidato dicendo di chiamare e scrivere all'assistenza che però è irreperibile. Delusione totale, assolutamente sconsigliato. I purchased a (expensive) sofa at Susegana point, with the promise that it "would last 20 years". After a year the fabric is worn out (we have no pets and we only wear overalls in the house so as not to ruin things) and the headrest mechanism broke. I wrote to the store which liquidated me saying to call and write to the assistance which is unavailable. Total disappointment, absolutely not recommended.
D	David De Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso un divano a Susegana, e dopo 3 anni tessuto e imbottitura da da buttare, ci rechiamo nel negozio per comprare un tessuto nuovo ci dicono che il modello è fuori produzione e quindi non si possono richiedere nuovi tessuti. We took a sofa in Susegana, and after 3 years the fabric and padding to be thrown away, we go to the shop to buy a new fabric, they tell us that the model is out of production and therefore we cannot request new fabrics.
a	angelo orfali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prodotto bello....ci è piaciuto ; tuttavia dopo 4 mesi (ossia dalla date dell'ordine del 27 Novembre 2021 con pagamento dell'anticipo richiesto) e sebbene ci abbiano indotto a credere che il divano Mod. Austin angolare in pelle più un tappeto da 200x290 erano in arrivo e richiestoci il saldo totale PRIMA della consegna il divano ed il tappeto non si vedono. Una volta ci dicono che non sono stati caricati; un'altra volta che sono finiti al sud;un'altra volta ancora che si stanno adoperando....allora ? quale è la verità? nice product .... we liked it; however after 4 months (ie from the date of the order of November 27, 2021 with payment of the required advance) and although they led us to believe that the Mod. Austin corner sofa in leather plus a 200x290 carpet were on the way and we asked for the balance total BEFORE delivery, the sofa and carpet are not visible. Once they tell us they haven't been uploaded; another time they have ended up in the south; another time they are working hard .... then? what is the truth?
