L	Luca Mancin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato divano in Pelle per un totale di 4000 € nell'aprile 2019(facendo l'assicurazione) dopo 2 mesi le sedute avevano già la pelle cotta(per la pulizia abbiamo usato solo i loro prodotti, acqua e sapone di Marsiglia, consigliati da loro) abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza e si sono presentati ad ottobre non facendoci sapere più nulla. Dopo un anno e mezzo dall'acquisto le cuciture si sono aperte... Sconsiglio vivamente sia per la qualità che per il modo di fare. Imbarazzanti Bought leather sofa for a total of 4000 € in April 2019 (doing insurance) after 2 months the sessions already had the skin cooked (for cleaning we only used their products, water and Marseille soap, recommended by them ) we called assistance and they showed up in October not letting us know anything more. After a year and a half from the purchase the seams have opened ... I strongly advise against both the quality and the way of doing. Embarassing

Poca chiarezza nell'esporre le promozioni, che vengono spiegate al momento dell'acquisto. In ogni caso i prodotti sono di qualità, dal legno ai tessuti per i rivestimenti; buono in definitiva il rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo trovato la commessa, gentilissima, Sig.ra Ester che ha capito subito dalla descrizione che tipo di divano volevamo. Ovviamente uguale al nostro non lo facevano più ma ci ha proposto una composizione molto molto simile. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Personale super qualificato. Anche la consegna top. Abitiamo in una casa di ringhiera senza ascensore con scale strette ed i signori che sono venuti a montare il divano hanno fatto i salti mortali per portare su dalle scale i pezzi senza rovinarli. We went to the shop in San Martino Siccomario to look for a sofa that was as similar as possible to the one we had bought 22 years ago also from Divani e Divani, splendid but a bit old. We found the very kind saleswoman, Mrs. Ester who immediately understood from the description what kind of sofa we wanted. Obviously the same as ours they didn't do it anymore but he proposed us a very very similar composition. We were satisfied. Super qualified staff. Top delivery too. We live in a house with a railing without a lift with narrow stairs and the gentlemen who came to assemble the sofa jumped through hoops to bring the pieces up the stairs without damaging them.

Avevo un problema con gli agganci di un vecchio divano Natuzzi e me lo ha risolto facendomi pervenire ganci nuovi senza pagare nulla! Il mio divano adesso è tornato come nuovo. Bellissimo showroom, da decenni Natuzzi offre qualità al cliente ineguagliata. Great attention to the customer, especially by Ms. Ester. I had a problem with the hooks of an old Natuzzi sofa and he solved it by sending me new hooks without paying anything! My sofa is now as good as new. Beautiful showroom, for decades Natuzzi has offered unmatched quality to the customer.
