Abbiamo mangiato bene, ma non benissimo. Cmq ci tornerò volentieri per dare una seconda chance. Vi farò sapere, a presto. A neat and clean restaurant (always remember that you just need to go to the bathroom to understand 90% of the air in the kitchen) polite staff, value for money to improve. We ate well, but not very well. Anyway I will be back gladly to give it a second chance. I'll let you know soon.

Antipasti a base di salumi e formaggi locali e altre pietanze ricche di funghi e tartufi molto sfiziosi, nonché primi piatti decisamente abbondanti. Siamo venuti con un cane di taglia grande molto ben accolto. Consigliatissimo!

Bucce di patate fritte “deliziose”, antipasti un po’ salati ma ottimi. Primi buoni. Bisogna lavorare un po’ più nei desserts. In generale una buona esperienza. Sicuramente il migliore ristorante del luogo. Non ho messo 5 stelle perché il servizio non è efficiente a causa della mancanza di personale, il gestore mi ha spiegato che molti clienti arrivano senza prenotare quindi non può organizzare. Gli consiglio di trovare una soluzione perché il servizio è importante. Excellent restaurant for the Castellana valley: Chalet n. 7. Well done management with an eye to detail for the place…. Better than standard cuisine. "Delicious" fried potato skins, slightly salty but excellent appetizers. Good first courses. We need to work a little more in the desserts. Overall a good experience. Certainly the best restaurant in the place. I did not put 5 stars because the service is not efficient due to the lack of staff, the manager explained to me that many customers arrive without booking so he cannot organize. I advise him to find a solution because the service is important.

Tante sfiziose portate ( almeno una decina) a base di funghi porcini, salumi, formaggi e altri prodotti del territorio. Ottimi primi caserecci. Il locale è nuovo, curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e accogliente. I proprietari, Stefania e Romolo, sono sempre gentili e disponibili. Rapporto qualità /prezzo eccezionale. Consigliatissimo. Appetizers are an experience not to be missed! Many delicious courses (at least ten) based on porcini mushrooms, meats, cheeses and other local products. Excellent homemade first courses. The restaurant is new, with attention to the smallest details, clean and welcoming. The owners, Stefania and Romolo, are always kind and helpful. Exceptional quality / price ratio. Highly recommended.
