Per un documento che mancava e che potevo fornire in 15 minuti e nel frattempo poteva mandare avanti un altra persona non ha voluto sentire ragioni devo ritornare un altra volta. Assolutamente non mi rivedrà più? Rude and incompetent staff !!!!! Quando mi sono presentato ho scoperto che l'appuntamento mi era stato preso per la sede di Mestre e non per Dolo (nonostante avessi indicato dove volevo recarmi), e sono stato trattato come se la colpa fosse mia. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Surreal. I called the number on the site and made an appointment (about a week / ten days before). When I introduced myself I discovered that the appointment had been made for the Mestre office and not for Dolo (although I had indicated where I wanted to go), and I was treated as if it were my fault. Absolutely not recommended.

Mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento il 22 ottobre, e dopo oltre un mese in cui NON HO AVUTO NESSUNA INFORMAZIONE sono stato degnato di una mail in cui mi si dice che "per un errore di sistema" (certo, come no) la richiesta stava per essere inoltrata alle condizioni non agevolate (70.000 euro contro 20.000). Dopo tre mesi ancora non ho avuto aggiornamenti, queste persone non rispondono al telefono e non rispondono alle mail. Dopo 4 minuti e 20 di attesa inutile la voce registrata chiede di richiamare e ti riattacca il telefono in faccia. Servizio gratuito, e questo in effetti avrebbe dovuto insospettirmi, ma di qualità scadente. Unqualifiable I tried to forward the request for the redemption of the graduation years to INPS. (il che' nn guasta). Esperienza personalmente soddisfacente e positiva, oltre ogni aspettativa... Consiglio senza alcuna riserva. Staff in charge of relations with the public, specifically Mr. Pierluigi, very helpful, exhaustive and prepared ... with a pinch of humor and sympathy! (which doesn't hurt). Personally satisfying and positive experience, beyond all expectations ... I recommend without reservation.
