INCA - servizio pessimo.E da 2 settimane che la mia parente che ha 73 anni non riesce a saltare fuori per una cosa semplice come cambiare la banca in quale entra la sua pensione. E andata 8 giorni fa con l'appuntamento e poi altre 3 volte . Per di più hanno compilato male il foglio e computer non ha acetato la richiesta ( ho visto il problema) ho deciso di parlare io con loro e siamo riusciti di mandare la documentazione che hanno chiesto. Ma non è finita qua la domanda questa volta è stata rifiutata dal INPS perché i documenti che avevano allegato non erano quelli che gli servivano al INPS per fare il cambio . Ma sanno quello che devono fare o stano li giusto per ? ? I put a star because you can't get less. INCA - bad service.
