★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stazione abbastanza pulita con possibilita' di servizio bar e biglietti Passano numerosi treni ad alta velocita' quindi sono abbastanza fastidiosi.
Quite clean station with bar service and tickets. Many high-speed trains pass, so they are quite annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Migliora in quanto a pulizia e manutenzione ma scarseggia in quanto a servizi di trasporto sempre meno tratte comode soprattutto per tragitti lunghi peccato perché è una stazione di forte passaggio e probabilmente anche nei dintorni della stazione non c'è un punto di ristoro appetibile per chi deve aspettare la coincidenza per la propria destinazione

I turn to the municipality of Fidenza: but do you realize the chaos you have combined with all those one-way streets to get to the railway station ?? not to mention the closest parking 150 meters from the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione riguarda il bar: poco gentili, indisponenti nell'atteggiamento e non ci hanno permesso di sederci ad un tavolino interno neppure per il tempo di un caffè, perché non avremmo consumato tutti e 4 (siamo una famiglia con 2 figli). Fuori era buio e ventoso, non pretendevo nulla se non sedermi solo per pochi minuti al caldo e ai miei figli proprio non andava niente da mangiare/bere. Credo che sia capitato a chiunque di sedersi al tavolino di un bar, senza necessariamente prendere una consumazione a testa.Non stiamo certo parlando di un ristorante. Ci sono rimasta davvero male.
My review concerns the bar: unfriendly, irritating in attitude and they did not allow us to sit at an internal table even for the time of a coffee, because we would not have consumed all 4 (we are a family with 2 children). It was dark and windy outside, I didn't expect anything but sit for a few minutes in the heat and my children just didn't want anything to eat / drink. I think it has happened to anyone to sit at a table in a bar, without necessarily having a drink each.We are certainly not talking about a restaurant. I was really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente la stazione è stata rinnovata e dotata di un ascensore che serve solo il binario 2 e 3. La sala di attesa ancora chiusa x Covid 19, così i passeggeri, in attesa di un treno, devono aspettare in piedi all'entrata, dove le porte si aprono continuamente, o sul binario. Ci vuole molto a mettere 4 sedie distanziate in modo da potersi riparare dal freddo? Il bar, rimasto lo stesso immutato nel tempo, non è favorevole a farti sedere sulle sue sedie. Ho dato 4 stelle solo x l'ascensore.
Finally the station has been renovated and equipped with an elevator that only serves platforms 2 and 3. The waiting room is still closed for Covid 19, so passengers, waiting for a train, have to wait standing at the entrance, where the doors open continuously, or on the track. Does it take a long time to put 4 chairs spaced apart so that you can shelter from the cold? The bar, which has remained the same over time, is not conducive to letting you sit in its chairs. I only gave 4 stars for the lift.
