★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartellino (torno subito forse) e già da qua si può capire la professionalità di queste persone.. numero di telefono sulla porta chiamato più volte e non risponde..quasi mezz ora li davanti ad aspettare... la prossima volta scelgo un punto di ritiro (per la mia consegna) dove abbiamo almeno voglia di lavorare.... ciaone
Card (I'll be right back maybe) and already from here you can understand the professionalism of these people .. telephone number on the door called several times and does not answer .. almost half an hour ahead of them waiting ... next time I choose a point of collection (for my delivery) where we at least want to work .... ciaone

Ho "usato" questo negozio come punto di ritiro per un pacco.
Per ben 2 volte mi sono presentata lì per ritirare ciò che era arrivato a mio nome e ho trovato il negozio chiuso nonostante orari esposti e pubblicati in internet indicassero che in quella fascia oraria sarebbe stato aperto.
L'unico cartello esposto rimandava ad un altro negozio più avanti, chiuso anche quello.
Dopo diverse mail di lamentela da parte mia, mi è stato risposto da un signore, non so se fosse il titolare..mi dice che avrei dovuto mandare un SMS prima per evitare di fare dei giri a vuoto.
Da quando prima di andare in un negozio si manda un messaggio per sapere se è aperto? Gli orari di apertura non servono più a niente?
Bah....
Assolutamente non ci tornerò mai più.

I "used" this shop as a pickup point for a package.
I went there twice to collect what had arrived in my name and I found the shop closed despite the times displayed and published on the internet indicating that it would be open at that time.
The only sign displayed referred to another shop ahead, which was also closed.
After several emails of complaint from me, I was answered by a man, I don't know if he was the owner .. he tells me that I should have sent an SMS first to avoid making empty turns.
Since when do you send a message to find out if it's open before going to a shop? Are opening hours no longer useful?
Bah....
I will absolutely never go back.
