★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25 giorni di attesa per riavere indietro un PC più difettoso di prima e naturalmente la colpa è mia che ho avuto fretta per ritirarlo ( mi avevano assicurato tempi brevi nonostante il loro trasloco)... Li richiamo per comunicare che il PC si impalla e che non funziona e mi propongo di riportarlo ma di dover pagare ancora... A distanza di due giorni dal ritiro... 100 euro buttati al vento... Poco seri.... È sarcastici nelle risposte...
25 days waiting to get back a worse PC first, and of course it's my fault that I was in a hurry to withdraw it (I was assured quickly despite their relocation) ... I recall them to communicate that the PC and Impalla it does not work and I propose to bring it back but to have to pay again ... Two days after the withdrawal ... 100 euro thrown in the wind ... Unforgettable ... It is sarcastic in the answers ...

Ho acquistato 2 pc (un desktop e un portatile) diversi periferiche, a volte anche solo per consulenza.
Le risposte che ho avute sono sempre state improntate alla cortesia, precisione, competenza e professionalità.
Massima trasparenza anche dal punto dei costi, adeguato all'ottimo livello del servizio.
Io sono estremamente esigente in campo informatico e se sono anni che mi servo di questo negozio i motivi ci sono.
I have served this store for years, at least 10 but I am even more.
I purchased 2 PCs (a desktop and a laptop) different peripherals, sometimes just for advice.
The answers I've had have always been based on courtesy, precision, competence and professionalism.
Maximum transparency also from the point of costs, adapted to the excellent level of service.
I am extremely demanding in the IT field and if I have been using this shop for years the reasons are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente negativa la mia esperienza in quanto per risolvere un problema ad un impianto da loro installato ho dovuto dopo mesi di ripieghi rivolgermi ad un altra ditta....garanzia sui lavori svolti praticamente nulla in quanto richiesto sempre il pagamento degli interventi al domicilio anche se come nel caso del ultimo non risolutivo nemmeno momentaneamente del problema...e questo su un impianto di appena un anno e mezzo, istallato su loro consiglio e che ha dato problemi fin dai primi mesi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, mi hanno risposto su Facebook con un romanzo lungo 1000 pagine con le inutili verifiche che hanno fatto e poi mi dicono che ho pure pagato poco?, ho solo chiesto se era funzionante la gpu, bastava verificare con un altro pc ma niente hanno solo criticato il mio pc, dicendo che è assemblato male invece sono 10 anni che va da Dio, mai più???
