★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato più di due settimane fa per una visita con la nutrizionista, decidendo giorno e orario, ho chiesto un cambio turno a lavoro apposta per la visita, il giorno prima chiamano dicendo che mi avrebbero spostato la visita di 3 ore, io chiaramente ho detto che non potevo per motivi di lavoro, che al massimo potevo posticipare di mezz’ora, con la ragazza che mi ha chiamato siamo rimaste che mi avrebbe fatto sapere e che se non l’avessi sentita l’orario sarebbe rimasto invariato. Non avendo più sentito nessuno oggi mi presento all’orario stabilito all’inizio, arrivo e mi dicono che la dottoressa sarebbe arrivata un’ora dopo e che loro mi avevano avvisata.
Professionalità pari a zero
 I booked more than two weeks ago for a visit with the nutritionist, deciding the day and time, I asked for a change of shift at work just for the visit, the day before they call saying that they would have postponed the visit for 3 hours, I clearly said that I couldn't for work reasons, that at most I could postpone it for half an hour, with the girl who called me we stayed that she would let me know and that if I didn't hear her the time would remain unchanged. Having not heard from anyone, today I show up at the time set at the beginning, I arrive and they tell me that the doctor would arrive an hour later and that they had warned me.
Professionalism equal to zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto per mesi il collo bloccato e dolorante a seguito di posture scorrette in gravidanza e allattamento, sono totalmente guarita dopo tre sedute di manipolazione con il Dott. Camponovo abbinata a qualche tecar terapia. È passato più di un anno mai avuto più nessun dolore. Che dire questo centro vale veramente 5 stelle.
For months I have had my neck blocked and aching as a result of incorrect postures during pregnancy and breastfeeding, I totally recovered after three manipulation sessions with Dr. Camponovo combined with some tecar therapy. More than a year has gone by and I never had any pain again. What about this center is really worth 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 settimana per avere l esito di un tampone... Pagato ben 82 euro un disservizio clamoroso soprattutto in questo momento di pandemia... Il tutto senza che il personale cesmed sapesse spiegare o perlomeno avvisare credo che abbiano fatto il passo più lungo della gamba
Sconsigliatissimo
1 week to have the result of a swab ... I paid 82 euros for a sensational disservice especially in this moment of pandemic ... All without the cesmed staff being able to explain or at least warn I think they have taken the longest step of the leg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per rimandare un appuntamento poiché l'assicurazione mi ha chiesto di avere più tempo per l'approvazione della pratica. La signora al telefono estremamente seccata e molto sgarbata mi dice che non può fissare appuntamenti con il dottore poiché viene dall'esterno (e quindi uno come fa ad organizzarsi?). Però la volta prima la sua collega (decisamente più garbata) l'appuntamento l'aveva fissato. Comunque ho provato a chiedere per il martedì successivo ma mi è stato risposto di no (ripeto, in malo modo, perché c'é modo e modo di dire le cose), per cui mi sono rivolta ad altra struttura. Mi dispiace mettere la recensione ma non è nemmeno giusto venire trattati così, tutto si può dire con educazione e senza trattare male le persone. Chiamata avvenuta 15/11 ore 11.00.
I am calling to postpone an appointment as the insurance has asked me to have more time for the application to be approved. The extremely annoyed and very rude lady on the phone tells me that she can't make appointments with the doctor as she comes from outside (so how does one get organized?). But the first time his colleague (much more polite) had set the appointment. However I tried to ask for the following Tuesday but I was told no (I repeat, in a bad way, because there is a way and way of saying things), so I turned to another structure. I am sorry to put the review but it is not even fair to be treated like this, everything can be said with education and without treating people badly. Call took place 11/15 at 11.00.
