★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mezzo consegnato senza freni, con le ganasce che rigavano i dischi. Ho dovuto riportare il mezzo e tornare ancora per ritirarlo. Tuttavia hanno insistito per sostituire solo le pastiglie. Ai dischi ho dovuto provvedere da me. Basterebbero un po’ più di cortesia ed attenzione, e due dischi da 50 euro per avere un giudizio più positivo.. ??♂️
Half delivered without brakes, with the shoes scratching the discs. I had to bring the vehicle back and come back again to pick it up. However they insisted on replacing the pads only. I had to do the records myself. A little more courtesy and attention would be enough, and two 50 euro discs to have a more positive opinion .. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, far contento un potenziale cliente alla titolare non importa, quantomeno alla segretaria, massima scortesia telefonicamente, rispondono quasi a farti un piacere, ero intento ad acquistare una Alfa Giulia USATA che ho fatto controllare da un'officina fidata, vengono trovati residui di olio motore, ma a detta della concessionaria era stato risolto tutto e chiedo di dimostrarlo magari con fattura dell'intervento eseguito per avere massima trasparenza, mi viene detto di attendere e passano i giorni alla fine nulla, nel frattempo le mie telefonate sono state ignorate e l'auto non è più disponibile, nemmeno la cortesia di richiamare. Sono contento che l'acquisto non sia andato a buon fine, per fortuna esistono altri autosaloni che sono venuti incontro alle mie esigenze senza problemi e mi hanno soddisfatto a pieno.
Probabilmente risponderanno che avrei dovuto mandare un anticipo per bloccare l'auto, ma se non riscontro una certa trasparenza io non mando nulla, tantomeno acquisterei un'auto usata di una certa importanza, col dubbio di ritrovarmi a pulire olio motore dopo pochi KM.
Il mio numero lo conoscete, casomai ci fosse qualcosa da aggiungere.
Bad experience, making a potential customer happy does not matter to the owner, at least the secretary, maximum rudeness by phone, they almost answer to please you, I was intent on buying a USED Alfa Giulia that I had it checked by a trusted workshop, residues of engine oil, but according to the dealership everything had been resolved and I ask you to prove it perhaps with an invoice for the intervention carried out to have maximum transparency, I am told to wait and the days pass at the end nothing, in the meantime my phone calls have been ignored and the car is no longer available, not even the courtesy to call back. I am happy that the purchase was not successful, luckily there are other car dealers that have met my needs without problems and have fully satisfied me.
They will probably reply that I should have sent an advance to block the car, but if I do not find a certain transparency I will not send anything, much less would I buy a used car of some importance, with the doubt of finding myself cleaning engine oil after a few KM.
