★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope nobody will buy Tiles from this supplier. I bought many m2 of Supergres Story Ivory 2 cm thickness and now they are totaly unabel to produce similar/same color again. Since more then 6 months they only tell me they will try again and delay and delay until today they told me, they are unabel to make the same color again. Also during Cersai 2021 in Bologna they showed the correct color on the booth but now they don´t want to help the customer. So customers are not welcome for them. They only want fast profit. So if you need to buy tiles there are many other Italien suppliers which know how to handle you as customer.

thanks for your response how to contact you ? Please ask your export manager DACH Mister Alessandro T. or your sales agent in Germany Mister Hofmann they know very well about my case which we discussed since months and Mister Hofmann also saw by himself the problem and everybody with eyes can see on the picture I posted the color differences which is not normal. Alessandro and Mister Hofmann also have my contact details. I hope to find a solution soon.
