★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notre entrepreneur nous a posé du carrelage blanc 10x10 de chez Vogue Ceramica avec des joints noirs. Le résultat est catastrophique car le carrelage est poreux et a absorbé le joint. Cela créé un effet moucheté gris/noir malgré un vrai nettoyage professionnel avec les produits recommandés par le revendeur.
Il s'agit clairement d'un gros défaut de qualité sur ce carrelage.
Nous avions fait de même, avec le même entrepreneur avec un carrelage Marazzi dans une ancienne salle de bain et tout était parfait.
Nous allons faire passer des experts pour constater le défaut et attendons un retour de la société pour prendre en charge un dédommagement pour nous permettre de refaire la salle de bain.
Our contractor installed 10x10 white tiles from Vogue Ceramica with black joints. The result is catastrophic because the tiles are porous and have absorbed the joint. This creates a speckled grey/black effect despite a real professional cleaning with the products recommended by the retailer.
This is clearly a major quality defect on this tile.
We had done the same, with the same contractor, with Marazzi tiles in an old bathroom and everything was perfect.
We are going to send experts to see the defect and are waiting for a return from the company to take charge of compensation to allow us to redo the bathroom.
