d	danien campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long weekend here. I was astonished with the hospitality that went above and beyond what anyone could expect. Location excellent as was the service from all the staff of this small family run hotel. The owner and her son extremely helpful in providing advice and organising a choice of trips and days out. The breakfast was extensive..look for the home made Fig Jam.. The rooms spotlessly clean, Look forward to returning soon.
E	E Tirabassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fortunate to have found this hotel after a last minute cancellation of a reservation in another hotel in early October. Centrum had open just 10 days prior and my four night stay was as comfortable as it was enjoyable. The owners and staff were superb. On arrival I had mentioned my travel destinations along Sicily's eastern coast. Later that day, upon returning to the hotel, I was given printed bus schedules for each of my destinations. I hadn't requested it, but it reflects hospitality offered by this hotel. The room was nicely furnished, pleasant place to return to after a day out. The breakfast offerings were varied with the staff prepared to accommodate special requests. There is a desk clerk available 24 hours a day, which was a real help when I needed to arrange for a taxi very early one morning. There is also a very comfortable seating area off the lobby with an adjacent bar, convenient for relaxation and gatherings. Can't say enough about this hotel and the gracious hosts. Recommend it highly. Great City location, too.
R	Rene Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed here while on our vacation to Sicily. The owner checked us in and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. The room was cute, modern, and small. However, we did not care about the size of the room because we spent most of our time exploring the city and Mount Etna! Parking is 12 euro a day, and the garage is located about 2 minutes away (walking) from the hotel. The only downside to this hotel is the loud noise that comes with a room facing the street. We literally heard loud car stereos the entire night during our 2 day stay at the hotel. Luckily, I brought my white noise cancelling earbuds to help me sleep during the night.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we would not stay again due to the noise. However, the service and breakfast was great, and Luca is amazing. Much love from Houston, TX.

Beach further away, so went to good lido 10 minute walk away by local train and bus stations Front desk very welcoming, helpful and informative. Room service first rate and seems to be daily, unlike other recent hotels using covid as a way to cut back e.g. room cleaning on request. Room itself a bit smaller than some, but tastefully furnished and well maintained. Great bathroom, good size, and power on shower even though on top floor. There is a small lounge/bar area where can get cold beer and snacks. Breakfast is an extensive continental buffet, but did see other morning had hot dish, eggs and bacon? Nice place and people.
