P	Pietro Curcio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilmente lascio recensioni negative proprio perché rispetto il lavoro altrui e mi rendo conto che le brutte giornate capitano a chiunque, ma se avessi potuto dare 0 stelle l'avrei fatto volentieri. Sono stato 2 volte nel punto vendita per avere maggiori informazioni riguardo un contratto internet con scheda kena mobile acquistata proprio li. Il proprietario si è mostrato fin da subito arrogante, maleducato e non ha prestato per nulla attenzione alle mie domande, tanto che mi ha detto di telefonare al servizio clienti TIM! Tornato al punto vendita il giorno dopo si è mostrato scocciato e nuovamente maleducato. Non ha risolto alcun problema ma si è limitato a dirmi di chiamare il 182, peccato che il numero del servizio clienti è il 181. La cosa divertente è che ho chiesto "gentilmente posso avere una penna per scrivermi il numero?", mi ha risposto "non riesci a ricordare nemmeno 3 cifre?". Ha scritto di sua mano il numero sulla scatola della chiavetta "182" (posso allegare foto se necessario), a quanto pare è lui quello incapace di ricordare le 3 cifre del servizio clienti. Se avete bisogno di soluzioni ai vostri problemi vi consiglio di uscire dal negozio, all'incrocio con via Roma girate a sinistra e troverete un'altro negozio di telefonia con personale preparato, cordiale e super disponibile. I hardly leave negative reviews because I respect the work of others and I realize that bad days happen to anyone, but if I could give 0 stars I would have gladly done it. I have been to the store twice to get more information about an internet contract with a kena mobile card purchased right there. The owner was immediately arrogant, rude and paid no attention to my questions, so much so that he told me to call TIM customer service! Back at the store the next day he was annoyed and rude again. It didn't solve any problems but just told me to call 182, too bad the customer service number is 181. The funny thing is that I asked "kindly can I have a pen to write the number?", He replied "can't you even remember 3 digits?". He wrote the number on the box of the key "182" himself (I can attach photos if necessary), apparently he is the one unable to remember the 3 digits of customer service. If you need solutions to your problems, I recommend that you leave the shop, at the intersection with Via Roma, turn left and you will find another telephone shop with trained, friendly and super helpful staff.
