Oltre alla sua capacità tecnica indiscutibile, sono rimasta da subito conquistata dalla "presenza" che riesce a trasmettere, seppur in video.Tutta la sua pratica, ma questa ormonale in particolare, mi portano dei benefici indiscutibili, mai riscontrati in anni di yoga.
