Intimate environment, the teacher is very attentive, available and follows the students one by one according to specific needs. There is a gym, it is much more!

Lo Yoga a Pavia é moolto scadente, qui invece ho posso fare delle lezioni serie con un'insegnate certificata, con esperienza e che segue tutto gli allievi ... ecco qui mi sento un'allievo. La parte di Ayurveda, poi, ê veramente interessante, non ne sapevo nemmeno dell'esistenza. Con Cristina (la maestre), sento che il mio percorso é molto più completo.
Finally a serious and valid Yoga school. Yoga in Pavia is very poor, but here I can do some serious lessons with a certified teacher, with experience and who follows all the students ... here I feel like a student. The Ayurveda part, then, is really interesting, I didn't even know it existed. With Cristina (the teacher), I feel that my path is much more complete.
