Io a Salento Loto sono approdata per caso...ma per me è stato da subito un porto sucuro!!!Fare yoga, come si fa presso quest'associazione da modo, a chi sente di dover imparare a conoscere se stesso, di cambiare modo di pensare e quindi di vivere...troppo spesso si è fagogitati da una vita frenetica che non ci fa più avere un contatto con la parte più intima e importante di noi stessi...ecco a cosa serve Salento Loto...! A dire BASTA a ciò che ci fa male e a una vita che scappa via senza "essere sentita"... al di là della pratica, indubbiamente importante, le lezioni teoriche danno suggerimenti su come "ascoltarsi"...ecco, SALENTO LOTO è anche questo...perchè la maestra Ledi Elia è non solo una maestra appunto, ma una persona sempre disponibile al dialogo, empatica ed estremamente professionale! ...Hello! Ledi, la sua professionalità e serietà, il suo essere fortemente empatica e il suo capire le persone con un solo sguardo, è il timone di una nave su cui son salita anni fa e su cui spero di navigare ancora tanti mari. Ledi, la nostra maestra, è una persona speciale, veramente attenta alle esigenze di tutti...Pratichiamo yoga tibetano Luejong (in sintesi meditazione + esercizi)...Gli appuntamenti solitamente sono settimanali. Ad ogni seduta impariamo qualcosa di più... su noi stessi, su come migliarci e come migliorare la nostra qualità di vita. Assolutamente consigliato a chi... cerca il senso delle cose e di se stesso :-) I have been participating in yoga classes for two years now at the Racale headquarters.
