Lo consiglio, di sicuro ci ritorneremo il prossimo anno. Personale assolutamente riguardevole nei confronti della prevenzione covid19: indossa guanti, mascherine, rispetta la distanza, non fa accalcare persone all'interno del locale. Il turista curioso di assaggiare specialità tipiche qui viene ben curato: il personale non solo descrive accuratamente tutti i loro prodotti ma li consiglia ad personam. itrovano sia specialità salate come la focaccia pugliese (con pomodorini, con zucchine, con pomodorini e patate, con pomodorini e cipolla, con peperoni...) o i taralli (all'olio, ai cereali, alla cacio e pepe, alla pizzaiola, al finocchio, al peperoncino, alle olive...) sia dolci come il pasticciotto (al 100% artigianale, dal gusto leggero e delicato, crema amarena o crema cioccolato o crema) o i taralli (glassati, zuccherati alla nutella, zuccherati alla nocciola...). Quando son passata a fare la scorta prima di rientrare a casa, mi hanno addirittura regalato un prodotto a mia scelta. Posto assolutamente consigliato! Possibilità di ordinare focacce sotto vuoto da portare al rientro dalle vacanze. Bakery not far from the city center. Open for retail from Monday to Saturday until 2pm. It also allows pre-orders. Staff absolutely considerate towards covid19 prevention: wear gloves, masks, respect the distance, do not crowd people inside the room. The tourist curious to taste typical specialties here is well looked after: the staff not only accurately describes all their products but recommends them ad personam. they find both savory specialties such as the Apulian focaccia (with cherry tomatoes, with courgettes, with cherry tomatoes and potatoes, with cherry tomatoes and onions, with peppers ...) or the taralli (with oil, cereals, cheese and pepper, pizzaiola, fennel, chilli, olives ...) and sweets such as pasticciotto (100% artisan, with a light and delicate taste, black cherry cream or chocolate cream or cream) or taralli (glazed, sweetened with Nutella, sweetened with hazelnut .. .). When I went to stock up before returning home, they even gave me a product of my choice. Absolutely recommended place! Possibility to order vacuum-packed focaccias to take back from holidays.
