All'appuntamento per la consegna sono entrato in officina alle 19:00 e l'auto era ancora senza vetro montato e per giunta li ho dovuti aiutare io consegnandomi l'auto alle 22:00 Stateci alla larga! !! Il titolare è stato molto arrogante, scortese e poco professionale tanto che ho deciso di chiudere la pratica e segnalare l inefficienza a carglass. Ho aperto la pratica per cambiare il vetro a fine settembre e siamo a metà novembre e ancora non sono stato richiamato per poter effettuare il cambio vetro nonostante ci sia passato più volte di presenza. Inoltre professionalità pari a zero e dopo aver chiesto per un ultima volta a che punto fosse la mia pratica, mi è stato detto che se non mi stava bene me ne sarei potuto andare da un'altra parte.
