Ho usufruito del loro servizio Car Clinic. I collaboratori sono stati molto disponibili e cordiali, hanno fatto tutte le valutazioni del caso; e dopo qualche settimana sono stata contattata per la riparazione della vettura. Tralasciando la loro eccellente organizzazione, puntualità e cortesia, sono rimasta veramente contenta del lavoro svolto alla macchina, il top veramente. Inoltre, quando ho ritirato l’auto, il gentile signor Ingrassia, mi ha mostrato tutte le fasi del lavoro e illustrato quanto riparato. Mi sono trovata veramente bene. Complimenti! Alla prossima !! The collaborators were very helpful and cordial, they made all the necessary assessments; and after a few weeks I was contacted to have the car repaired. Leaving aside their excellent organization, punctuality and courtesy, I was really happy with the work done on the machine, the top really. Sono stati molto tempestivi nella valutazione del danno e nel reperire i pezzi per il lavoro, non mi aspettavo di ricevere la macchina così presto. Inoltre, quando ho ritirato l'auto ho notato che l'hanno pulita da cima a fondo, anche il cofano (che non era oggetto della riparazione), il che mi ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpreso perchè era la prima volta che ricevevo un servizio del genere da un'officina. Molto cordiali e professionali, è palpabile l'attenzione al cliente. Super consigliati! First time in this workshop, I used their Car Clinic service through insurance. They were very prompt in assessing the damage and sourcing the parts for the job, I didn't expect to receive the machine so soon. Also, when I picked up the car I noticed that they cleaned it from top to bottom, even the hood (which was not repaired), which left me pleasantly surprised because it was the first time I received such a service. from a workshop. Very friendly and professional, the attention to the customer is palpable. Super recommended!

Lasciando la macchina in cambio ho usufruito anche del servizio auto sostitutiva in più dopo aver preso la mia che non la riconoscevo per il ottimo lavoro fatto lo trovata pure lavata...consegnata in un ottimo stato...che non e da tutti. Grazie Ancora per il lavoro fatto.......CONSIGLIATISSIMO NON AL 100% MA AL 1000%. I thank all the bodywork staff for the work they have done. Professionalism, kindness, availability and excellent work timing. Leaving the car in exchange, I also took advantage of the replacement car service after taking mine which I did not recognize for the excellent job done, I found it well washed ... delivered in excellent condition ... which is not for everyone.
