In principio ordino carne polpette di cavallo e 4 involtini al pistacchio.
Gli involtini sono stati sostituiti da un involtino enorme ripieno di cipolla e formaggio a mio parere poco gradevole ma il mio cane vi avrebbe lasciato una buona recensione vedendo la voracità con la quale lo ha divorato.
Le polpette ragazzi immangiabili non capisco cosa è andato male nel preparato del macinato ma è completamente lontano dal preparato classico della polpetta di cavallo olio, pracentino, prezzemolo, tritato ecc
Era una cosa tutta d'un pezzo da masticare per minuti "4,50€" scontata pure.
La carne che dire era l'unica cosa mangiabile ma anche lì non ci va né il limone ne l'aceto bianco ma bensì l'aceto rosso questa è una cosa che sanno pure i bambini insomma non mi apro un panificio se non so fare il pane.
Ultima nota negativa se volete essere così cortesi da mettere delle patatine fritte per ogni portata insomma mettetele separate le patatine diventano molle zuppe di olio aceto ecc e anche la carne viene alterata dal sapore delle patatine...
Insomma ci vuole un minimo di rispetto nel trattare sia le persone che le pietanze
