★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato benissimo il dott. e' di una gentilezza unica , molto serio , gentile,professionale e competente io lo consiglio a chiunque abbia un cane o un qualsiasi altro animale domestico e non...........dire che mi sono trovato benissimo e' riduttivo non c'e' un aggettivo per poterlo descrivere cmq quello che posso dire e' :" magari tutti i dottori e veterinari fossero come lui "
detto cio' vi posso dire che sono stato trattato come un re e che sono rimasto molto piu' che soddisfatto e infine concludo consigliandovi di andarci piu' che tranquilli percio' andateci andateci andateci non ve ne pentirete nella maniera piu' assoluta.
I had a great time Dr. it is of a unique kindness, very serious, kind, professional and competent I recommend it to anyone who has a dog or any other pet and not ........... to say that I had a great time is reductive there is no adjective to describe him anyway what I can say is: "maybe all doctors and vets were like him"
having said that I can tell you that I was treated like a king and that I was much more than satisfied and finally I conclude by recommending you to go there more than quiet so go there go there go there you will not regret it in the most absolute way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dire nulla sulla qualità del servizio, il dottore che ha fatto l'ecocardiografia alla nostra gattina è stato invitato non lavora in clinica San Rocco, ma collabora.
La cosa che ci ha lasciata perplessi è stata una scorettezza con i costi, ovvero, al telefono ci hanno comunicato un prezzo più ragionevole, mentre durante la visita il prezzo è salito notevolmente, circa. 23 euro in più.
Abbiamo protestato e ci hanno comunque accontentati dandoci ragione, visto che il primo prezzo comunicato è stato inferiore.
È dopo 3 mesi siamo tornati con un altra ecocardiografia dallo stesso dottore, e la situazione si è ripetuta in un modo identico. Di nuovo dovevamo intervenire e insistere e ricordare che i prezzi detti non corrispondono a quelli di fattura, e di nuovo abbiamo dovuto affrontare l'argomento inutile.
Quindi per la qualità del dottore non ho nulla da dire. Mentre per la qualità di servizio generale-moltissime pecche, che vanno assolutamente riviste e sistemate.
