Sotto al sole, la pioggia non importa. L'idea di risparmiare su un tampone non è da sottovalutare, spero migliorino questo servizio! Il personale è abbastanza gentile, solo la signora che ha materialmente effettuato il tampone (la mattina presto di domenica 11 luglio) è stata molto scontrosa e maleducata. - Basterebbe poco per rendere il servizio davvero eccellente! The staff is nice enough, only the lady who actually swabbed (early in the morning of Sunday 11 July) was very surly and rude. - It would take a little to make the service truly excellent!
M	Marilena Macioce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo i volontari CRI sono pochi e l organizzazione con tutto l afflusso a Termini è davvero minimo anche se loro ce la mettono tutta ma...iniziano alle 8 e già trovi una fila assurda che ti "intrappola" x ben 4 ore! Si rallenta perché compilano i dati personali tramite tablet, firmi il cartaceo e x fare il prelievo, veramente 2 minuti ..attendi altri 15' per il referto cartaceo, ma arriva anche x email...portate documento, tessera sanitaria chiedono una email, e ASL di appartenenza ..gli anziani, donne in gravidanza , disabili hanno corsia preferenziale non ci sono sedute quindi andate se possibile senza accompagnatori (soffrirebbero con voi !) . Suggerirei almeno 4 operatori visto anche il periodo di partenze estive e l attuale greenpass dal 6 agosto! In conclusione, un'intera mattinata persa per via della scarsa organizzazione e coordinazione del personale (tra l'altro di una lentezza sconcertante). Perché secondo uno stupido decreto legge tutte le prestazioni, a differenza del resto d'Europa, saranno a pagamento!! Certo potevate scriverlo da qualche parte è un'indignazione dover fare un viaggio a vuoto, perché non siete stati in grado di aggiornare la pagina.
