★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organizzazione PENOSA! un’ora di ritardo quando ho accompagnato mia madre, un’ora e mezza di ritardo al freddo e sotto la pioggia quando ho accompagnato mio padre di 89 anni e infine quasi due ore ieri ho atteso io per la terza dose!!! Non è possibile far attendere gli anziani al fuori al freddo tutto questo tempo! Non è civile! Almeno avvisassero prima… una vergogna!! Manco in Africa.. per non parlare dell’inadeguatezza della guardia che gestisce gli ingressi, davvero imbarazzante! Non ci sono parole se non: Prenotate altrove!
HARD organization! an hour late when I accompanied my mother, an hour and a half late in the cold and in the rain when I accompanied my 89-year-old father and finally almost two hours yesterday I waited for the third dose !!! It is not possible to make the elderly wait outside in the cold all this time! It is not civil! At least they warned first… a shame !! Not even in Africa .. not to mention the inadequacy of the guard who manages the entrances, really embarrassing! There are no words but: Book elsewhere!
