★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte eine SD karte kar mein Handy da wollten die unbedingt das ich einen neuen Handy Vertrag mache.. und Handy Repariern ect wollten sie auch nicht weil es ja nicht von ihren Geschäft ist.. Naja bin ich halt zu einem anderen Laden gegangen ist ja nicht mein Verlust
Wanted an SD card for my cell phone because they absolutely wanted me to make a new cell phone contract .. and they didn't want cell phone repairs ect because it wasn't from their business .. Well, I just went to another store, yes my loss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlicher Verkäufer. Kennt sich nicht über die Angebote aus. Man wird um 18:15 vor dem Geschäft abgewiesen, obwohl auf der Homepage "Geöffnet bis 18:30" steht. Zudem eine Telefonnummer an die sowieso niemand rangeht...
Unfriendly seller. Does not know about the offers. You are turned away at 6:15 pm in front of the shop, although the homepage says "Open until 6:30 pm". In addition, a phone number that nobody answers anyway ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr von Tim enttäuscht. Trotz gutem Empfang. Der Kundenservice sowohl im Geschäft als auch über die Kundennummer +39 187 ist nicht gut.
Wollten die Festnetznummer kündigen. Leider nach dem bezahlen von 49,90€ (im Geschäft von Lana) für die reine Kündigung noch immer Rechnungen erhalten. Mussten danach selbst die 187 anrufen und über mehrere Telefonate eine erneute Kündigung einberufen. Der Mitarbeiter im Geschäft in Schlanders verlangte erneut 49,90€... als wir bei diesem nachfragten. Natürlich NICHT bezahlt und telefonisch über komplizierte Umwege die Kündigung gemacht.
Unfortunately very disappointed with Tim. Despite good reception. Customer service both in store and via customer number +39 187 is not good.
Wanted to cancel the landline number. Unfortunately, after paying € 49.90 (in Lana's shop) for the mere cancellation, I still received bills. After that I had to call 187 myself and call in a new termination over several phone calls. The employee in the shop in Schlanders asked again € 49.90 ... when we asked him. Of course NOT paid and the termination was made over the phone through complicated detours.
