★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non si possa dare di meno. Al telefono non risponde nessuno. Ho ordinato online un articolo e dopo l'email di conferma del ritiro presso il loro punto vendita mi sono recato lì. Il prodotto non c'era e le uniche opzioni proposte da loro sono state: di ripassare (40km andata e ritorno) oppure prendere quella in esposizione a prezzo maggiorato di circa 20 euro, poco meno.
Dopo aver rifiutato le due proposte, l'addetto continuava a dire che non era colpa loro e che anche lui, doveva farsi quei km per venire presso il punto vendita. Risposta senza alcun senso, se si considera il fatto che ci lavora. ?Alla fine dopo aver discusso mi è stato consegnato l'articolo. NON ORDINATE ONLINE. SERVIZIO PESSIMO.
Too bad we can't give less. No one answers the phone. I ordered an item online and after the pickup confirmation email at their store I went there. The product was not there and the only options proposed by them were: to go over (40km round trip) or take the one on display at a higher price of about 20 euros, a little less.
After refusing the two proposals, the clerk kept saying that it was not their fault and that he too had to travel those kilometers to come to the store. An answer without any sense, considering the fact that he works there. ? Finally after discussing I was handed the article. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. BAD SERVICE.
