Ho chiesto loro conferma se attivare, con migrazione, la sim Tim wonder six vista online da 9.99 al mese era LA STESSA COSA anche lì in negozio invece che online perché, ho spiegato, non sono a casa e non riesco a riceverla dal corriere. Si sono guardati in faccia e mi hanno risposto: sì sì certo, è uguale, la attiviamo qui. Risultato: la spesa mensile è la sola cosa ad essere LA STESSA COSA. Ho pagato il costo di attivazione (5 euro) il costo della sim (10 euro) , ho solo un mese di traffico già incluso (pagato 10 euro) , e non mi hanno rilasciato neanche una copia di ciò che ho firmato perché tanto mi arriva con la mail. Peccato che non mi hanno chiesto nessun indirizzo mail. Non ho voluto polemizzare, ho chiuso lì il discorso ed ora ho la mia sim in attesa della migrazione, dopodiché chiamerò Tim per chiedere tutte le delucidazioni che non ho avuto. . Ma ho speso tanto di più (con quella online avrei speso 25 euro con 20 euro di traffico più un mese omaggio) e non ho ancora capito che promozione mi hanno affibbiato ma non certo Tim wonder six. Assolutamente scorretti e da evitare. Vergogna. Non so come fanno ad avere valutazioni così alte su Google.

Absolutely incorrect and to be avoided. Shame. I don't know how they get such high ratings on Google.
