★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non ci sia l’opzione di non mettere stelle, perché questo centro Tim se lo merita, per prima cosa personale incompetente, poi dicono chiama per fissare un appuntamento e non rispondono al telefono e questo sarebbe un centro autorizzato? Se chiamo un call center Tim situato in Albania, Romania o in un altro paese sperduto rispondono prima che loro, che dire pessimo servizio spero venga chiuso come negozio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentile ma purtroppo incapace.Ho chiesto dei servizi che alla fine ho dovuto rifare richeste da me sul sito della TIM.Adiritura mi ha attivato quello che non avevo richiesto.Posso credere anche a loro che la TIM ha tanti clienti e un po se ne frega.Domiciliazione con l'IBAN davanti che scopro dopo una settimana non era fatto.In questo negozio ho perso un ora per non fare niente.

Ragazzo gentilissimo mi ha risolto un problema parlando con il call center senza chiedere soldi… e direte che c è di strano??? Che altri centri telefonia ti vendono il telefono e poi ti dicono… io non me ne occupo chiami il call center. Consigliatissimo
