Entro in negozio c'è una sola cliente che chiedendo e in commessi e/o proprietari fanno come se io non fossi entrato in negozio, dopo svariati minuti di attesa sperando che mi chiedessero loro qualcosa chiedo io alla Sig.na se potevo chiedere informazioni in merito a dei disservizi, come tutta risposta mi ha detto che loro non potevano farci niente , liquidandomi così freddamente.
