★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lascio una stella perché 0 non è consentito, però la regalo,non lo meritate...ho comprato un tablet da voi che mi ha costato 280 euro con normale garanzia di due anni...dopo 13 mesi il tablet si è guastato...lo riportato da voi e con tanta fatica l'avete mandato al vostro centro riparazioni,perché secondo voi era funzionante(invece era guasta la scheda madre, ho saputo in un altro centro di riparazioni serio)...dopo circa un mese me l'avete riportato a parte che non me l'avete riparato mi avete fuso anche la batteria...mai più non comprerò niente nel vostro negozio...aggiungendo che il personale è molto male educato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro temporaneamente in smart da Belvedere Marittimo e ho problemi di navigazione con il 4g di TIM in quanto la zona è super affollata in questo periodo quindi la linea è molto lenta. Per questo motivo mi sono recato presso questo centro per attivare un abbonamento WINDTRE o Vodafone. Con molta insistenza mi hanno consigliato VERY MOBILE. Nonostante le mie perplessità, mi hanno convinto ad attivare questo abbonamento. Il risultato è che non sono riuscito a lavorare nella giornata successiva ed ho avuto diversi problemi...insomma soldi buttati.
Il motivo del mio feedback negativo è che mi avevano garantito che questo operatore godeva di buona qualità di navigazione in zona quando in realtà non funziona completamente...fra l'altro il negozio si trova a 200 metri in linea d'aria da dove abito, quindi è esclusa la buona fede.

In vacanza in zona, Mi sono recato al centro assistenza dove oltre alla cortesia, ho trovato competenza nel risolvere il problema e salvare non solo il mio cellulare, ma tutto quello che rappresenta considerato i contenuti che in esso riversiamo. Una riparazione senza ipotetici danni o pezzi da cambiare per poterlo "salvare", ma solo l’intervento effettivo di cui necessitava, senza costi e in brevissimo tempo. In più aggiungo che la gentilezza con cui sono stato seguito e la consegna del mio dispositivi di nuovo funzionante, nei tempi garantiti fanno di questo centro un eccellente punto di riferimento.
