★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un locale realizzato nell'800 con la stesso metodo architettonico dei Sassi (una botola che porta ad una cantina e con il tufo scavato si è realizzata la sala), è la sede deputata principali di interessanti attività all'aperto della fattoria didattica già citata nella mia recensione dell'Agriturismo Masseria del Pantalone. Spesso tale locale viene filtrato per congressi e attività varie.
