Chi apre un'attività offre un servizio e se un cliente varca la porta di un qualsiasi negozio senza utilizzare il sito o il servizio telefonico e perchè vuole un servizio di qualità e fatto di attenzione, il negoziante non fa nessun favore al cliente..
