★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono loro cliente da anni. Mi sono trovata sempre bene e soddisfatta del loro lavoro. Ultimamente hanno un comportamento molto discutibile. Ti fissano un appuntamento per controllo caldaia e dieci minuti prima di venire ti avvisano che non vengono. il problema è che loro non si mettono nei panni di chi lavora e deve prendere dei permessi per uscire . Persone molto inaffidabili.
I have been their customer for years. I always felt comfortable and satisfied with their work. Lately they have a very questionable behavior. They make an appointment for you to check the boiler and ten minutes before coming they warn you that they are not coming. the problem is that they do not put themselves in the shoes of those who work and must take permits to go out. Very unreliable people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per un intervento sulla caldaia ma,ad appuntamento preso,è stato annullato il giorno in cui il tecnico doveva intervenire. Riprogrammato per i giorni successivi,è stato nuovamente annullato pochi minuti prima dell'appuntamento,senza fornire ne alternative e nemmeno soluzioni .risultato : 5 gg al freddo e ricerca di un nuovo tecnico.
Non affidabili !!!!
I called for an intervention on the boiler but, on appointment, it was canceled on the day the technician had to intervene. Rescheduled for the following days, it was canceled again a few minutes before the appointment, without providing any alternatives or solutions. Result: 5 days in the cold and looking for a new technician.
Not reliable !!!!
