★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Propongono "abbonamento" per tre anni di manutenzione (pagamento anticipato) ma dopo il primo anno si dimenticano di voi e vi trattano a pesci in faccia. In particolare, fissato appuntamento non si sono presentati. Dopo una mia telefonata dicono che arrivano in un'ora (due dall'appuntamento), ma non si presentano. Rimandano appuntamento il giorno dopo e, ancora, non si presentano se non dopo 4 ore solo dopo una mia sfuriata telefonica. Per fortuna, ho scoperto che non sono gli unici a Parma a manutenere caldaie Beretta!
Bad. They offer "subscription" for three years of maintenance (advance payment) but after the first year they forget you and treat you with fish in the face. In particular, fixed appointment did not show up. After my phone call they say they arrive in an hour (two from the appointment), but they don't show up. They postpone the appointment the next day and, again, they don't show up until after 4 hours only after a phone outburst. Fortunately, I discovered that they are not the only ones in Parma to maintain Beretta boilers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato un appuntamento a 1 mese; sono venuti, c'era mio figlio e io ero via per lavoro; sono andati via rifiutandosi di farmi la manutenzione della caldaia in quanto non si fidavano del fatto che li stavo per pagare con un bonifico (ero pronto a mandarglielo anche in anticipo). Cio' nonostante mi conoscessero perche' erano gia' venuti in una mia 2a casa. Non si sono neanche degnati di richiamarmi per un nuovo appuntamento. Non li chiamero' piu' neanche per la mia 2a casa.
They gave me an appointment at 1 month; they came, my son was there and I was away on business; they left refusing to do the maintenance of the boiler as they did not trust the fact that I was going to pay them with a bank transfer (I was ready to send it to them even in advance). Despite the fact that they knew me because they had already come to my 2nd house. They didn't even bother to call me back for a new appointment. I won't even call them for my 2nd house anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il periodo particolare, hanno aumentato il costo della pulizia caldaia di 5 euro senza farmi firmare un nuovo contratto di abbonamento, comunicandomelo solo al termine del lavoro. Deluso e arrabbiato per comportamento scorretto e...un po' squallido.
