Prezzi interessanti e trasparenza fanno di questa attività un punto di riferimento per la città. Ci si sente veramente seguiti con precisione ed onestà e si può riporrre in loro la massima fiducia. Telefono 15 giorni prima per prenotare l'appuntamento per montaggio di gomme estive precisando per ben 2 volte alla signora che risponde al telefono che le gomme da montare erano nuove e prese su internet. Mi viene confermato che questo non è un problema che gomme si possono montare senza problemi per la spesa di 30 euro essendo gomme da 15 pollici. Mi presento allora il giorno dell'appuntamento: gommista in ritardo di 20 minuti rispetto all'orario (ma passiamoci sopra); poi quando hanno smontato le gomme invernali da togliere, il titolare mi viene a dire che per gomme prese su internet mi deve fare pagare 60 euro e che non poteva fare altro visto che aveva già iniziato il lavoro. Gli spiego quanto mi era stato invece detto al telefono dalla sua collaboratrice, ma non ci sono ragioni. Al che gli dico di rimettere le mie gomme e che sarei andato da un'altra parte. Un addetto poi mi propone 45 euro. Gli spiego allora che per 40 euro vado da un'altra parte e poi a questo punto diventa una mera questione di principio. Fornire un servizio come si deve alla clientela non vuole dire solo sapere montare correttamente 4 pneumatici. Invito a spiegare meglio a chi risponde al telefono quello che deve dire alla clientela. L'errore non l'ho fatto io preciso. Morale della favola: un cliente perso. Victim of jokes aside. Phone 15 days in advance to book the appointment for summer tire fitting, specifying twice to the lady who answers the phone that the tires to be fitted were new and taken on the internet. I am confirmed that this is not a problem that tires can be fitted without problems for the cost of 30 euros being 15-inch tires. Then I introduce myself on the day of the appointment: tire dealer 20 minutes late compared to the time (but let's get over it); then when they removed the winter tires to be removed, the owner told me that for tires taken on the internet he had to charge me 60 euros and that he could not do anything else since he had already started work. Sono andata la prima volta per un controllo assetto, devo dire che pur non essendo una loro cliente, mi hanno servita quasi subito(non c'era nessuno). Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Sono dovuta ritornare perché mi si era ripresentato lo stesso problema. Ho chiamato ed ho preso appuntamento. Dopo dieci giorni mi sono presentata e mi è stato detto che non avevano tempo per me, che avevano troppo lavoro, che per la mia auto occorreva piu di un'ora e secondo il proprietario, gli altri clienti non potevano aspettare. Ok, tutto a posto. My experience has been nothing short of, bad. I went for the first time for a set-up check, I have to say that even though I am not one of their customers, they served me almost immediately (there was no one). The staff was kind and helpful. I had to go back because the same problem had come up again. I called and made an appointment. After ten days I showed up and was told that they didn't have time for me, that they had too much work, that it took more than an hour for my car and according to the owner, the other customers couldn't wait. OK everything is fine.
M	Marco Arduini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambio gomme stagionale: 5 stelle ai ragazzi che cambiano fisicamente le gomme, in primis Juri, bravo, gentile e scrupoloso. -4 stelle per il titolare che, vedendo le mie gomme comprate su internet, mi fa pagare arbitrariamente 20€ in più perché "il mondo va così" e "sono stato anche onesto perché altri chiedono anche 70-80€". Risultato: 20€ guadagnati, 1 cliente perso dopo 4 anni. Il mondo va così. Seasonal tire change: 5 stars to the guys who physically change the tires, first of all Juri, good, kind and scrupulous. -4 stars for the owner who, seeing my tires bought on the internet, makes me pay arbitrarily € 20 more because "the world goes like this" and "I was also honest because others ask also € 70-80". Result: € 20 earned, 1 customer lost after 4 years. The world goes like this.
