Ci siamo sempre serviti da loro ed siamo sempre stati contenti facendo anche un buon passaparola, ma oggi hanno fatto una pessima figura che nonostante accordi presi prima dopo tre settimane mi hanno detto che la rete antigatto non è disponibile fino a ottobre. Alla mia reazione arrabbiata, al mio avviso più che giustificata, mi è stato detto che chi alza la voce a lei fa un brutto effetto, le cose stanno così e che posso avere la rete normale (non erano li accordi presi). Bastava dire dal inizio che non hanno la rete disponibile e che ci potrebbero essere problemi. Mi avete fatto perdere tre settimane, adesso dovrò cercare qualcun'altro per fare il lavoro con ulteriore perdita di tempo! Abito in una zona infestata di mosche e senza zanzariere e veramente difficile vivere! Delusione... Bad!
