★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, presentato esposto in procura. Invito chiunque abbia riscontrato o riscontri problemi in questa struttura a presentare esposto in procura. E' gratis e lo si puo' fare senza rivolgersi ad un avvocato.Basta scrivere una lettera indirizzata alla procura in cui si espone quanto riscontrato . Sul web potete trovare fac simile. Non limitatevi a dire fa schifo, potete agire con un minimo sforzo, solo in questo modo si potranno cambiare le cose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli anziani sono tenuti durante il giorno in enormi stanze comuni. Tristi, come in ogni ospizio, e talvolta tranquillizzati tramite farmaci. Le stanze da letto sono belle, ma gli anziani hanno l'obbligo di chiamare le inservienti per quasi tutti gli spostamenti.
Lo staff è carente di numero, specie nel weekend, e non tutti sono simpatici.
Il servizio di lavanderia è abbastanza carente e non compreso nel già esorbitante prezzo mensile.
Considerando tutto nel complesso, si potrebbe dire che c'è di peggio.
The elderly are kept during the day in huge common rooms. Sad, as in any hospice, and sometimes reassured by drugs. The bedrooms are nice, but the elderly have an obligation to call the attendants for almost all journeys.
The staff is lacking in numbers, especially on the weekend, and not all of them are nice.
The laundry service is quite lacking and not included in the already exorbitant monthly price.
Considering everything on the whole, one could say that there is worse.
