Le persone si lamentano ed personale replica che se aumentassero le dosi non ce ne sarebbe per tutti. Food is poorly assorted, insufficient and mostly cold. Not even water is given, much less tea. p	paolo margarita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri purtroppo son andato a salutare una parente deceduta, accoglienza bukna alla reception, personale gentile, na appena arrivato mi gannk detto che la morgue era aperta solo dopo le ore 14.00...ho viaggiato per 600km e dopo aver chiesto un eccezione mi hanno dato il permesso di accedere, ma prima sarei dovuto andare in reparto dove una persona mi avrebbe accompagnato, perché da soli non si può accedere. Vado in reparto e non trovo nessuno, non ci son indicazioni al pian o dove si deve andare a cercare il personale, mentre si incontrano persone sofferenti e malati terminali ( sinceramente uno spettacolo gratuito che può esser benissimo risparmiato, basterebbe far scendere un addetto sala reception per accompagnare i visitatori, che invece vengono lasciati completamente da soli allo sbando a cercare la via giusta, in un hospice, dove purtroppo regna solo una grande tristezza e dolore ) . Basterebbe veramente poco per aiutare i visitatori a rendere più facile ed emotivamente semplice una visita in questo posto poco felice...ma forse la Direzione Sanitaria è più occupata a contare i profitti che a pensare a chi ospita ed agli eventuali visitatori...UNA VERA VERGOGNA..... L'aspetto del centro come arredi è funzionale e come pulizie dell'ambiente sembra ottima ed anche il cibo sembrava buono. NON C'È PARCO. Purtroppo essendoci vari pazienti la pulizia nell'arco della giornata dei singoli l'ho trovata non pronta e mi riferisco in particolar modo al centro Sapa i pazienti vengono lasciati a se stessi le intere giornate all'interno della struttura con illuminazione artificiale senza possibilità di andare all'esterno. I pazienti diventano oggetto di proprietà della struttura. Vengono legati alle sedie a rotelle con co seguenti piaghe di decubito e sedati al punto tale da dormire tutto il giorno, senza stimoli di alcun genere. Quando esprimono il desiderio di uscire all'aria aperta o altra richiesta vengono sedati ulteriormente. Non entro in particolari ulteriori ma se amate il Vostro Caro Vi di un consiglio con tutto il Cuore di lasciarlo con badanti e non fargli vivere un orrore tale in strutture tali dove non esiste alcun Amore per il prossimo. Esco da una esperienza che ha coinvolto mio padre in un ricovero presso il padiglione Mozart e posso solo lodare il medico, il personale infermieristico e tutto il resto del personale per la dedizione, la professionalità e l’amore con il quale lo hanno accudito. Grazie A structure of excellence, where the patient returns to being a person and not a number.
