Chiamiamo dalle 10:00 alle 12:40 circa ma nulla... Dopo la voce guida la linea cade!!! Che servizio è allora?
 We have been trying to make an appointment or information by phone for days. The voice guide after explaining the opening hours and how to make an appointment ends by saying to phone from 8:00 to 12:45 to book. We call from 10:00 to 12:40 but nothing ... After the voice guide the line falls !!! What service is it then?
