Un commesso non è riuscito a consegnare la merce perché non trovava la chiave per aprire lo scaffale e alla fine si è voltato e se n'è andato dimenticandosi di una cliente che ancora aspettava. Un'altra volta un'attesa lunga più di un'ora sempre per della merce sotto chiave quando il negozio era mezzo vuoto. Un minimo di decenza in più verso i clienti non guasterebbe.
Unfortunately, I have come across unprofessional staff. A clerk was unable to deliver the goods because he could not find the key to open the shelf and eventually turned and walked away forgetting a customer who was still waiting. Another time there was a wait of over an hour for some locked goods when the shop was half empty. A little more decency towards customers would not hurt.
