★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è cortese e preparato ma l'ufficio è sempre sovraffollato poiché non esiste uno sportello per i moltissimi immigrati che vi accedono e che normalmente impiegano moltissimo tempo a scapito della gente del posto.
Ultima novità: non rispondono al telefono che invece viene sostituito con una voce registrata riportante gli orari di apertura (peraltro introvabili sui siti dedicati)!!!
Così vengono penalizzati coloro che risiedono a distanza!
The staff is courteous and knowledgeable but the office is always overcrowded as there is no counter for the many immigrants who access it and who normally take a lot of time at the expense of the locals.
Last news: they do not answer the phone which instead is replaced with a registered voice showing the opening hours (which cannot be found on the dedicated sites) !!!
This penalizes those who live remotely!
