★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono dovuta recare al centro ottica Tronca per scattare alcune foto tessere da utilizzare in documenti ufficiali. La scortesia da parte del personale è inaccettabile. Le foto mi sono state scattate senza preavviso e alla mia richiesta di eseguirne delle altre di migliori il personale suddetto appariva tremendamente infastidito; motivo per cui sono stata costretta a scegliere delle foto venute male.
Particolare non irrilevante sono i flash sparati addosso al viso solo da un lato che lo rendono disarmonico, lucido e asimmetrico: tutti particolari da evitare in una foto ufficiale.
Per il costo delle foto credo sia opportuno rendere a proprio agio il cliente e metterlo in condizione di poter scegliere fra più scatti senza farlo sentire profondamente a disagio.
Io non tornerò più: non è la prima volta che torno dispiaciuta dal centro ottica Tronca.
I had to go to the Tronca optical center to take some passport photos to be used in official documents. Staff discourtesy is unacceptable. The photos were taken without warning and at my request to do some of the better ones, the aforementioned staff seemed tremendously annoyed; why I was forced to choose bad photos.
Particularly not irrelevant are the flashes fired on the face only from one side that make it disharmonious, shiny and asymmetrical: all details to avoid in an official photo.
For the cost of the photos I think it is appropriate to make the customer at ease and put him in a position to be able to choose from multiple shots without making him feel deeply uncomfortable.
I will never go back: it is not the first time that I come back sorry from the optical center Tronca.

Questi ultimi li acquisto per mio figlio di 6 anni (da sole polarizzati), per mia moglie (per lavorare al compiuters e da sole), per me sia da vista che da sole e da compiuters. Posso dire che per lo sviluppo delle foto sono dotati di una colonnina che legge tutti i tipi memoria in scheda, mail e blutut, ed in ogni circostanza siamo sempre stati consigliati e trattati al meglio.per i nostri acquisti. Quindi per le nostre esperienze, consigliamo la loro professionalità ed esperienza.

Appena arrivata sono stata accolta da una sig. che mi ha detto di dare un occhiata dopo di che ci ha raggiuto ed è stata molto disponibile e cordiale. Una volta scelto modello ci ha fatto accomodare e passato tutto nelle mani di Nicola.
Ragazzo in gamba, anche lui molto disponibile .
Considerando che il negozio nne grandissimo, devo dire che comunque la scelta ce ed e recente come modelli.
