Never been contacted by the agency. We also passed physically and they told us that they would promptly call us for various appointments as they had properties. Professionalism below zero. If you don't want to waste time, avoid.

Nè è sicuramente valsa la pena affidarsi a loro.

1- Non è ben chiara la mia posizione?Vi ho detto più volte: procuratrice del proprietario dell'appartamento (Procura notarile per la gestione totale dell'immobile).
2- Essendo procuratrice, il proprietario non doveva inviare nessuna email. "Sicuramente facevamo tutti prima" se aveste capito il mio ruolo.
3- Ricordo che ho chiamato più volte l'agenzia fra la fine di marzo e il 5 aprile semplicemente per sapere cosa fare per chiudere il contratto d'affitto che il mio rappresentato aveva con l'inquilino divenuto, poi, proprietario in data 30 marzo. Mi è stato detto, ogni volta, che sarei stata richiamata, cosa che non è avvenuta finoal 5 aprile quando, finalmente,il sig. A. ha trovato il tempo di chiamare. Era stato molto occupato, ha detto. Eh sì, perchè per dire di portare 67 euro in agenzia ci vuole un'enormità di tempo.
4- Il giorno 6 aprile (e non 4-5 giorni prima del 22) ho consegnato i soldi e mi è stato detto, MOLTO CHIARAMENTE, che preferivate avere contatti con il proprietario e non con me per cui era chiaro che vi stavate prendendo voi l'impegno di concludere la pratica con lui. Mi dite, dunque, perchè dovevate chiamarmi fra Pasqua e il 25 aprile?
Certo che, nel girare la frittata, siete veramente dei campioni!!!!!

La trattativa circa la mia compravendita è stata al quanto problematica per diversi aspetti ma ho sempre riscontrato in loro estrema disponibilità e professionalità e alla fine tutto è andato per il meglio. Non posso fare altro che ringraziare infinitamente Andrea e tutto il suo Team per la gentilezza e la premurosità avuta nei miei confronti. Per necessità future mi rivolgerò senza dubbio a loro e ovviamente consiglio caldamente l’Immobiliare Creazzo Case a chi avesse l’esigenza di vendere o comprare casa.
