Ho acquistato gli occhiali antiriflesso + una copia di riserva no-antiriflesso scontata ma entrambi sono molto peggio degli occhiali che avevo acquistato prima da un altra parte x molto meno. Che delusione!
 One star is too much!
I bought the anti-glare glasses + a discounted no-anti-glare backup but both are much worse than the glasses I had purchased before elsewhere x much less. What a disappointment!

Never again, big rip off and staff not at all honest and clear about the guarantee ... at the first problem they do not recognize it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi sono stato nella sede di vicenza.. centro commerciale Palladio.. mai visto tanta falsità da parte della catena di "ottici" e faccia tosta delle commesse.. unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è.. non stipulate mai le polizze assicurative.. in caso di necessità vi riveleranno solo brutte sorprese..
Today I was in the Vicenza office .. Palladio shopping center .. never seen so much falsity on the part of the chain of "opticians" and tough face of the orders .. the only advice I would like to give is .. never took out insurance policies. in case of need they will reveal only bad surprises ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le commesse (specialmente Linda e Paola) sono molto preparate. Ottimi i nuovi occhiali da vista che ho comprato. In futuro mi rivolgerò ancora qui per altri acquisti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ci sono stato sta mattina alle 10h e appena entrai i personali mi guardarono male perché sono italo-africano, io gentilmente salutai e dissi di avere un appuntamento oggi alle 10h, lui mi chiese se è la prima volta che vengo o se sono un loro paziente, io dissi che la mia prima volta e lui mi chiede se porto gli occhiali io gli dissi che li portavo Poi si sono rotti li ho buttati via lui mi disse sarebbe stato meglio se li avessi portato poi controllò il computer e con un sospiro di sollievo mi fa che l'appuntamento è per domani e che oggi non può visitarmi perché ha già un appuntamento alle 10:30 fra mezz'ora (come se la visita durasse più di mezz'ora) che mi fa di tornare domani con gli occhiali che ho già buttato!!! Insomma capirei se mi avesse chiesto la biometria ma non capisco a cosa servono gli occhiali vecchi. Personalmente avrei preferito ti avessero scritto far entrare solo i caucasici e non subire questo razzismo. Pessima esperienza e non ci ritornerò mai più nella mia vita
Bad experience, I was there this morning at 10h and as soon as I entered the staff looked at me badly because I am Italian-African, I kindly greeted and said to have an appointment today at 10h, he asked me if this is the first time I come or if I am one of their patients, I said my first time and he asks me if I wear glasses I told him I wore them Then they broke I threw them away he told me it would be better if I brought them then he checked the computer and with a sigh of relief makes me that the appointment is for tomorrow and that he cannot visit me today because he already has an appointment at 10:30 in half an hour (as if the visit lasted more than half an hour) which makes me come back tomorrow with the glasses that I have already thrown away !!! In short, I would understand if he had asked me for biometrics but I don't understand what old glasses are for. Personally I would have preferred they had written to let only Caucasians in and not suffer this racism. Bad experience and I will never go there again in my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che frequento questo negozio, ( ogni 2 anni circa cambio 3 paia di occhiali do vista da leggere e da sole) oggi entrata x farmi sistemare gli occhiali che mi cadono mi sono sentita rispondere che visto che non li avevo acquistati da loro non si prendevano la responsabilità di farlo....
Ma dico stiamo scherzando?????
Mi spiace per voi ma avete perso una cliente che portava da voi 2 figlie il marito e la suocera...

After years of attending this shop, (about every 2 years I change 3 pairs of reading glasses and sunglasses) today I came in to get the glasses that fall out of me fixed, I was told that since I hadn't bought them from them, I didn't. they took responsibility for it ....
But I say are we kidding ?????
I'm sorry for you but you have lost a client who brought you 2 daughters, husband and mother-in-law ...
All at least every 2 years
